Box Office Info

Business hours are Monday through Friday from 11:00a.m. to 3:00p.m. On event days, business hours are 11:00a.m. through the end of the intermission. For your convenience, Blue Cross Arena's Box Office has Nine (9) ticket windows available in the lobby located to the right as you enter the arena.

Scalpers

Scalpers" and ticket brokers are not recognized ticketing agents of Blue Cross Arena. If you purchase from a non-authorized person, you risk purchasing a lost or stolen ticket that is not valid for admittance into Blue Cross Arena for the event in question. Blue Cross Arena employs scanning technology for admittance to events. Only valid tickets will scan to authorize entry into the arena for the event. Lost or stolen tickets may be deactivated and thus will not be valid for entry into the arena for event in question. Anyone who purchases tickets from a scalper or ticket broker does so at his or her own risk.

We urge everyone to purchase tickets at the Arena Box Office, through Ticketmaster.com, or Ticketmaster outlets including the House of Guitars and Auditorium Theater, or charge by phone at 1-800-745-3000.
